    catherine grace

Catherine Grace I'm honored to have Catherine Grace as a friend.  She is a very talented and anointed singer that just loves Jesus Christ.

    In her own words:

I began singing at the age of six.  I remember holding my dad's hand as we sang, "En La Cruz" a.k.a. "At The Cross".  I felt like a fish out of water but eventually I was swimming upstream, slowly gaining confidence.

The "No Weapon" project was my first experience in song writing and a wonderful journey for me. Watching a creation take form is an amazing experience. Each song carries a story of it's own, with its own personality.

I couldn't imagine singing for anyone else but God. I have come to find such freedom in the love and mercy of God. He is the Giver of every good and perfect gift and I believe, for me, the best is yet to come!

If in the end, I've pointed others to Jesus; then I've done my job because He's what it's all about.

We have been blessed to have Catherine sing at Loving God Fellowship.  Her mother, Janie Cavazos, is a faithful part of the LGF Salem Campus and leads one of our ministry teams that conducts Bible studies for those transitioning from the gang lifestyle.  Catherine's brother, Cato Cavazos, is also a part of the LGF Salem Campus and helps in taking down our service set at Stephens Middle School.

You can listen to to Catherine on iTunes or Napster.  Search for "Catherine Grace".
