silverton hospital 5k - set a personal record

I set a PR today running the Silverton Hospital 5k in 25:42 in Silverton, Oregon.  I placed 50th out of over 700 and 8th place in the 40-49 age group.

Next up is the Iris Festival 5k in Keizer, Oregon, next Saturday.  I'm going to try for another PR as I continue to work on my speed this year.
